Tijdens de jarenlange verantwoordelijkheid als sommelier, was ik voortdurend op zoek naar het briljante talent en de sterren van de toekomst. Met een veeleisende denkwijze bracht mij dit tot deze kleine kwaliteitsbewuste wijnboeren en beruchte domeinen die belang hechten aan de verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit. Ondertussen hebben we een belangrijke relatie kunnen ontwikkelen waardoor we met zekerheid kunnen zeggen dat deze domeinen iets bijzonder en onvergelijkbaar creëren. U wordt hier uitgenodigd om te luisteren naar de prachtige verhalen die deze producenten wensen te vertellen.
